Timmy Mallett [Biography]

Timmy Mallett

Timmy Mallett is best known for his long- running career as a TV presenter, broadcaster and artist.

Cheshire- born Timmy's first love was for the arts and, after many years in front of the camera creating memorable shows such as Wacaday, he returned to his first love of painting. Drawing inspiration from his travels throughout the UK and beyond, Mallett's impressionist scenes of sunshine and shadow glow with light, warmth and colour.

Timmy's latest travels took him on a bicycle journey to paint the landscapes of Camino de Santiago, inspired by his brother, Martin Mallett, who had Down's Syndrome. Named after his famous catchphrase, Timmy has released a book entitled 'Utterly Brilliant' aimed at inspiring and encouraging everyone to reach their own individial potential.

Mallett's technical ability and gift for capturing the magic of a moment have earned him great acclaim, winning the affections of critics and collectors alike. He has been commissioned to paint several notable figures including Lorraine Kelly, Sir Clive Woodward and Wendy Craig, and as such is regarded by many as an artist with fantastic investment potential.
